Once those tasks are completed, the system automatically notifies the next person(s) in the workflow—until the policy is approved and published to your user community.

The Policy & Procedure Module also provides automated reminders for periodic reviews of policies & procedures so no manual tracking of dates or revisions is necessary. In addition, users can collaborate online and share information, suggestions, feedback or documents. The P&P Module tracks and maintains (for auditing) all participants, versions and collaboration notes along the way.

Built-in security ensures that users have access to only the Policies & Procedures they are authorized to view.
