Few of us are less-stressed today than we were a year ago. In this webinar we will find stress is ubiquitous, largely misunderstood and a significant contributor to preventable chronic illness. Because stress doesn’t carry the same negative associations as “weight-loss” (and even) “wellness,” it becomes an ideal entrée to a larger conversation about health and well-being. As managers, Imposing a wellness initiative on your employees is doing something “to” them. Inviting your employees to voluntarily participate in an employee-driven initiative that will help them reduce some of the daily stressors in their lives and improve the health and well-being of themselves and their families, is doing something “for” them.
